Energie

Energie, or energy in English, refers to the capacity or ability to do work. It exists in various forms, including kinetic energy (the energy of motion), potential energy (stored energy based on position), thermal energy (related to temperature), chemical energy (stored within the chemical bonds of molecules), electrical energy (associated with electric charges), and nuclear energy (related to nuclear reactions). Energy can be transformed from one form to another but cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the law of conservation of energy. In practical terms, energy is essential for powering our technology, maintaining biological processes, and driving physical changes in the environment. It plays a crucial role in various fields, including physics, chemistry, engineering, and environmental science.
